THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE ONLY AGENCY FOR SALVATION, BECAUSE THE CONFESSION OF JESUS AS LORD IS THE CONDITION FOR SALVATION THAT ONLY THE HOLY SPIRIT CAN FACILITATE!
